It’s the easiest way to book a travel between Singapore (Harbourfront Center) – Batam island and Tanah Merah to Tanjung Pinang terminal @ www.Majesticfastferry.com.sg
  1. Counter check-in: The cut off time for check in at the counters are 30 minutes before departure.
  2. Online check-in: The cut off time for online check in is one hour prior to departure timing. Any check in after the cut off time will have to be done at the respective counter.
To ensure availability of seats, we kindly request our clients to make reservations / bookings as early as possible. Our schedule is available three months in advance.
  1. Email and phone reservation booking:
    Seats reservation made from phone / email will only be secured up to 60 minutes before ferry departure. These unclaimed seats will be released to other passengers once departure timing is lesser than 60 minutes.
  2. Blocked out dates:
    Email and phone reservation will not be allowed during eve and Singapore public holidays, inclusive of long weekends due to Singapore public Holidays. (ie. any Singapore public holiday that falls on Friday OR Monday, email and phone booking will not be allowed throughout the entire long weekend.) To ensure that passenger secure their seats on these blocked out dates, passenger are advised to collect their boarding passes at the counter in advance, as seats availability is strictly first come first serve basis.
  3. Online check in:
    As long as there are seats available, Online check in will be accepted after payment is made. However please take note of the 60 minutes cut off timing for online check in.

    A confirmation code will be given either through email (If you made email booking) or by phone (For phone booking)
  2. Online check in
    A confirmation code will be sent to your designated email address together with the boarding passes. You can also check your booking at “My booking” page with your confirmation code.

    All payments must be made as the boarding pass and confirmation will be sent to you instantly.
  2. Phone/Email booking:
    Yes you can, however do take note that the seats will be released 60 minutes before departure timing if passenger has not shown up at the counter.
  1. Online check in allow you to receive your boarding pass almost instantly. No more queuing at the counters.
  2. Able to book a seat effortlessly especially during peak seasons - eve and public Holidays. (No email/Phone booking is allowed during Eve and Public Holidays)
We will need your date and time of travel, passport number, Full name, Passport Expiry date and Date of Birth for a complete booking.
Its passengers’ own responsibility to check details entered are correct. In case of any error, passenger has to come to the respective check in counters at least 40 minutes before departure. A revised boarding pass will issued respectively. The immigration officers will not allow any passengers with incorrect details to enter the pre-immigration gate.
All ferry tickets are subject to the rules and restrictions you agreed to at time of purchase with no cancellation allowed once booking is confirmed. No changes will be allowed on Promotional price tickets. Please contact our Counter for any alterations in your travel planning. If you have booked your ticket through a travel agent, all requests, inquiries and changes prior to your departure should be made through the travel agency. An online reservation may be postponed on the basis of a notification sent directly to our Call Centre in writing, by fax or via email, quoting the reference number, departure date & departure time and journey details at least one hour prior to departure. Any changes has to be made within 7 days of the original departure and travel must be made within the next 14 days. All boarding passes has to be returned for any changes made and is subjected to an administrative charge over at our sales counters.
  1. Over the Counter: Cash(Respective country currency) and All common credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa and debit card are available.

Only one credit card can be accepted for each transaction. If multiple travellers wish to book the exact same itinerary and pay with different cards, individual reservations will have to be made.
You can check in your luggage at the respective baggage drop off counters. You are required to have your boarding pass and passports presented at the baggage drop off counters. Please ensure that you have enough time to drop off your luggage.
It's the individual passenger responsibility to be early for their ferry departure. In the event that passenger missed their original ferry timing, they will be required to purchase a new ticket if they still wish to travel.
